At our booth, we will introduce SSW (Synchronized Stir Welding Technology),
an innovative next-generation solid-state welding technology derived from Friction Stir Welding (FSW).
The greatest advantage of SSW is that high-quality solid-state welding can be achieved simply
by installing the SSW Tool Holder on existing machining centers, milling machines, or robotic spindles.
This enables manufacturers to adopt advanced Friction Stir Welding technology
without investing in dedicated FSW equipment.
By utilizing existing production assets, SSW helps reduce capital investment and factory floor space requirements
while providing greater flexibility in establishing welding processes.

このたび弊社は、米国で開催される「The Battery Show North America / Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo North America」に出展いたします。
本展示会では、FSWの次世代接合技術である同期攪拌接合技術「SSW（Synchronized Stir Welding Technology）」をご紹介します。
SSW最大の特長は、既存のマシニングセンタなどの切削加工機やロボットのスピンドルに「SSW Tool Holder」を装着することで、
FSW専用設備を新たに導入することなく、高品質な固相接合を実現できる点にございます。
設備投資や設置スペースの負担を抑え、現在保有している設備を活用して接合工程を構築できるため、接合技術の導入をより柔軟にご検討いただけます。
また、条件次第では高速接合、高強度接合、低温接合、低荷重接合を実現し、熱による変形や歪みを低減。
