1999 Yokohama Office transferred to current site
company renamed KEIHIN RAMTECH Co., Ltd.
2001 Capital increased to 20 million yen
2003 Ibaraki Factory opened (first FSW machine and double-column 5-axis machining center introduced)
2004 Second Ibaraki Factory established (second FSW machine and double-column 5-axis machining center introduced)
2007 Licensing contract entered into with TWI
2012 ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification acquired
2013 Start of low-damage cathode development
2016 Suzhou Plant opened in China
sales of rotary sputtering targets commenced
2017 Sales of low-damage cathodes commenced.
